LWV Texas LWV Texas Redistricting Position and Advocacy LWV Comal Area For the last two years a committee from the Comal Area League has been working with Stephanie Swanson, LWV Texas Issue Chair for Redistricting, to encourage League members and other Texas residents to participate in the redistricting process. The primary goals have been to educate; secure testimony for the Texas State Legislature redistricting hearings and create fair nonpartisan maps that highlight communities of interest.
